Nothing new is really happening right at this moment. Me and another mom are planning a Cub Scout camp out for my son's pack and their families. So that has taken a lot of my time. Organizing, packing, and shopping on a budget to feed 25 people for the weekend.
Which I have to say I am becoming a pro at the whole shopping thing.
I hope that everyone is taking advantage of all of the cool savings and free samples that I have been posting.
Not only and I planning the camp out but I am trying to get Andrea's medical records sent to Alfred I.Dupont in Delaware. Then making reservations for lodging. We are taking Andrea there at the end of the month to see Dr. Bober and Dr. Mackenzie for the first time. We have 2 days of appointments. We are hoping that we get a diagnosis at this time.
If not then it would not be a shock to me. As no one else has been able to do it this far.It will just be great to see someone that specializes in bone dysplsias. They actually know what they are looking for.
Before anyone asks. We have done all of the standard things that someone would do to find out what type of dwarfism they have. We have had genetic marker testing,we have had skeletal surveys sent to Ceders in LA, we have had all sorts of tests done and every thing comes back as abnormal but with no definite diagnosis
. Dr.s say at the age of 4 is the perfect time to redo all of the scans to see if there has been any change. Then to see what type of dwarfism she fits into. You never know she could be one of the many that have no category. We will see.
In the mean time nothing is going to change. We will still live our lives and treat all of children the same. All though I have to say that they are both spoiled. Hehehe.

Mandy-I hope you can get some answers, but if not than Andrea falls into just her very special category-all her own. She is just a little angel
